Join a group of secondary maths teachers as we explore how to transform our teaching through talk in the classroom. Our goal will be to steer our departments into elevating the importance of oracy. The sessions will explore the benefit of oracy, and those involved will develop and trial a toolkit to help us reach our goal of improving the frequency and range of talk used in lessons. There will also be an opportunity to see oracy in practice during a focused observation.
