We have been part of the Mastery Readiness programme for nearly 7 months now and we are already feeling the benefits within our school. The subject knowledge provided is invaluable and resources, approaches and scaffolds shared with us make total sense! We can't believe it is all free!Lane End Primary School
The West Yorkshire Maths Hub Secondary Mastery Readiness programme has benefited us as a Secondary School in a variety of ways. The whole Work Group sessions are extremely useful in terms of having time away from the department and talk to colleagues from other schools and help develop ideas in a collaborative setting.Grange Co-op
The Mastery for Readiness course has been superb for the development of our mathematical journey in school. Some of the concepts of Mastery were already embedded within our school but with Natalie's expertise and guidance, we have been able to make large strides moving forward with her support. Not only do our children love mathematics as a subject, our teachers have also bought in to these new concepts.Westroyd Primary School
Beckfield has undertaken mastery readiness for a second time due to high staff turnover and Natalie has supported us in making enormous progress in our improvement of maths across the school. The support has been of such a high-standard throughout and she formed a strong working relationship with our maths leader. Absolutely key to the success of the work this year has been Natalie's skill of tailoring support to our school's very unique position of having a completely new staffing structure and also having a legacy of underachievement. I have been delighted to see how simple yet effective the support has been which has allowed real consistency to form in the teaching of maths. Despite the unprecedented end to the academic year, I still feel that the support we have received has given us a strong starting point for 2020-21, particularly as we have been able to retain the same staff. I would like to place on record my eternal thanks to Natalie for her hard work and also for being so welcoming to everyone she worked with from Beckfield.Co-op Academy Beckfield
